Compliance
Chemtech operates a bespoke and intelligent compliance system, designed to produce transport documentation ensuring our operations fully meet the Rules and Regulations set by the various regulatory bodies. These documents, amongst others, include:
- Consignment notes (as defined under the Hazardous Waste Regulations 2005) for the movement of hazardous waste(s)
- Duty of care controlled waste transfer notes for the movement of dangerous goods that do not constitute hazardous waste(s)
- Container labels in accordance with the Carriage of Dangerous Good/s by Road and Rail (Classification, Packaging and Labelling) Regulations
- Relevant transport emergency cards (TREMCARDS) relating to dangerous goods
Drivers
Our fully experienced and ADR certified drivers may provide assistance in completing the necessary documentation relating to the collection of your waste. All our drivers, additionally, are fork lift licensed.
